HP Recommended

I have HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 and getting this error B8C5AFB8  and can't print. the firmware is up to date, and it'll print (from Wifi) for awhile, then error shows up. I've done factory reset couple times and googled for the error and no luck. Also tried the HP app to diagnose. Has anyone seen this error before and any suggestions on cause and how to fix?
