Hola mi impresora es una HP SMART TANK 580 SERIES

Pero no agarra las hojas y se quedan atascadas apenas tengo un mes co ella y no se que hacerle porque no me imprime y pues se quedan atascadas y no saca las hoja algún consejo que me puedan dar para repararla
