My HP OfficeJet 9010 is “offline” every time I go to print. Then I open the HP Smart Printing window and it always starts with “printer status unknown” and then goes to Ready and Security Monitored.” But it slips back and forth into “offline.” I try turning it off, unplugging it for a minute, then plug back in. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t. I am so fed up with this thing. And it sits right now to my computer and router so I don’t know why Wi-Fi would be as issue. HELP.
