HP Recommended

My HP Envy 6032 keeps losing connection to my Wi-Fi. I have in the past been able to sort this by switching my router off and on but this time it hasn't worked. I tried to restart setup mode by holding the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds and it has gone into setup mode (purple lighting) but it hasn't got any further and seems to be stuck in setup mode.

I tried cancelling setup mode by holding down the wi-fi button and cancel button at the same time but that makes no difference.
