Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

My printer is giving a Printer Failure message with an Event Code 71.02.4A.

 

I have turned it off and back on, I have pulled the plug and let it sit for over 1 minute before plugging back in, and the firmware is up to date. I don't see any damage or obvious problems with the machine. Not sure what to do next.
