Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Error message on printer window: “there is a problem with the supply system try replacing the affected cartridge with a different non-empty cartridge.”
The problem seems to be with the “K” black cartridge not being read by the printer. I installed a new 962 XL black cartridge and it’s still not working.
Unable to print.
I did wipe off the connection pins (not sure of correct terminology) on the print head and the companion port on all the cartridges. Turned it off for 5+ minutes—still getting the same error message.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
