HP Recommended

My HP Laserjet M140we has lost connection. I have tried everything. Disconnecting the router. Resetting the factory settings. The wifi button does not flash, it is stable. The report page says wireless status: connected. When I try to reset the printer, it goes until the last step" registering" and then says " impossible to register to you account". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP smart App. Nothing
