HP Recommended

Please help. I have a envy photo 7164 printer. It’s stuck on the boot/logo screen I’ve tried waiting hours no avail. I have tried powering off and no. Leaving unplugged and pressing power for 30 seconds and drain the power from it. I took out the cartridges and did the same thing. I plugged in to computer and unplugged. Nothing has help. Is there anything else I can do?
