Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use HP Smart Tank 6001. After moving to a new house with a new WIFI, my printer can't be found by my iphone or computer. I went to bestbuy, they told me a webpage: "how to connect a HP Smart Tank 6001 to a new router". I logged on the webpage, reset as its instrucations. However,, my HP Smart App or HP Printer Doctor software still can't find my printer. What can I do? Who can help me?
