HP Recommended

I have a HP envy photo 7855 printer and it is saying that the cartridge is not comunicating with the printer, have done all the required or suggested ways to solve this problem but still remains. It is the black ink cartridge and I see that this is a common problem with this printer, what is the fix? I can find nothing on how to fix it. Any and all help will be greatly appreciatiated
