Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I had an issue with my HP Printer not scanning.   I contacted the HP Support Chat. Explained the issue and she said she would direct my call and they would call me. They did call. The issue was ultimately resolved . They did advise that I purchase Avast Premium Security to correct the issues. They needed to remove malware and reload printer drivers etc.

My primary question is whether this company that helped, Cyber Help Tech Solutions is legit and are they an authorized service representative of HP??.   I had a similar issue  6 months ago. Contacted HP and was scammed instead.

An attempt to contact HP directly with an email address was unsuccessful.
