I recently bought a LaserJet printer and it had been working fine till a few days ago it stopped connecting to web apps. Every time I try to access the web apps it shows " Connection error 500" The printer is unable to connect to the service. Check the internet and try again. I have tried printing the wireless report and it shows nothing wrong. I have even reset it but still shows the same issue. 

 

I do a lot of scans to email so it won't work anymore. I have tried wirelessly printing docs and that seems to work fine but for some reason web apps fails. 

Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try to fix this?
