Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a MPF M477dfw and am getting the error "60.02".  I had just moved and the printer was boxed and moved without the color cartridges.  When setting up in the new location, I keep getting Error60.02 and none of the available remedies works (turn off, turn on. removed paper, etc).  Do I need a new lift motor and/or tray sensor switch?
