Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

HP Envy Pro 6455 not printing black ink. I’ve replaced the ink, restarted the printer, cleaned the printer head several times, aligned the printer head, checked for any updated firmware, all with no success. Currently the color ink does print, but only faintly.
