HP Recommended

I am struggling to figure this out.  I have cleaned the print heads Level 1 and 2 multiple times.  Replaced the magenta even though it wasn't empty (HP INK).  Aligned, Cleaned again.  I can't get the magenta to go!  I keep running diagnostics, but nothing helps.  Any ideas as to why my printer won't spit out the magenta?
