Hi,

I have a HP Envy 4526 printer.

It is connecting fine with my iphone or mac and it register whatever I send to it.

It looks and sounds like it is printning the job I send to it, but the page comes out all blank.

I have updated printer software on the printer itself.

I have tried the taking out cartridge, taking out the power cable, waiting a few mins and then plugin the cable and then the cartridge again. Also I have tried cleaning the cartridge.

Copying doesn’t work either.

Printer shows cartridge is pretty full. 

 

What else to do?
