Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Always loosing connection with this printer,  I decided to connect with USB directly wich is ok but now printer on my phone app showing offline.  With this said when its like this I don't get insta ink auto ship.  How do I fix this issue???   I would like to have usb + wifi on at the same time.  Is it possible??
