Hello, 
I have been using HP smart app's "Mobile fax" feature for last two years. As per my fax sending history I have sent around 230 faxes so far. Suddenly for last couple of months  I have not been able to send fax. It gives me the following error.

 

"Something went wrong!" 

It seems that an error has occurred before  the sending process. Please, try to send your fax again.

Cancel Fax

 

Can you please help me to fix this issue. I haven't been able to send fax after Feb 02,2024.
