Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer

I just purchased the Smart Tank 5101. I just started the set up process. I added the liquid ink, my next step is to install the printhead. The carriage is stuck on the left side and thus I cannot install the print head. I attempted all of the trouble shooting steps on the website; i turned off the unit and unplugged it from the outlet, i ensure all firewalls/systems were updated, I check for blockage in the unit. None of this resolved the issue. The carriage is still stuck on the left side of the unit. I don't want to force it to move because that might damage the printer. Can you assist me with this issue please?
