The printer was working fine and then it suddenly started saying that the system isn't designed to use continuous ink systems. "Magenta" This is an HP original cartridge. How do you override this error? I've even followed the directions found to override "non-HP" cartridges to see if this would work. I've even tried to disable cartridge protection. Have powered on/off printer; unplugged from wall; disconnected wifi; removed and reinstalled cartridges. Nothing works. This is SO FRUSTRATING. With all the problems with ink and HP, I certainly wouldn't recommend HP to anyone.
Cartridges are not empty and have not been changed.
Please share the fix. I'm sure many folks would like to know.
