My printer is only 4 months old yet I have been unable to use a black cartridge for approx 4 weeks! Despite numerous contacts with HP, who have sent me a few replacement cartiridges, it still won't print black - message says ' not communicating with printer. A HP technician spoke with me on 22 April 2024, ran through all troubleshooting issues and finally said they would send me a replacment printer within 6 days if I upload the photos they required. I have sent them photos twice and requested acknowledgement - no reply and no printer received! I therefore chased HP a few days ago and customer services guy said someone would ring me back but no one has - I have had my phone with me at all times. I am really disgusted that HP treat their customers in this manner. I need the printer to print black for my son's exams and my work . I just want to know whether HP will genuinely send me out a replacement printer and the date it will be delivered to me. As they can;t be bother to respond I now need to make a formal complaint - anyone know the complaint contact address?.
