Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

The printer won't even do anything, forget trying to print. I can't even get it to let me replace the ink cartridge because it won't do anything when this error pops up. When I turn it on, regardless of how I turned it off, it says that I didn't turn it off properly, then it "performs self-maintenance," tells me to check the paper tray for a paper jam that does not exist, tries to self-maintenance again, and then pops up the error and refuses to do anything.

It was working fine just a few days ago.
