Control center to copy >settings>two-sided.  Only 2 choices: 1-1 and 1-2.  No 2-2 to 2-2 choice.  Does this model have the capacity to copy  2 sided to 2 sided? I performed all fixes recommended.  I never had this problem with my older, less expensive printer.  I use Mac OS Ventura version 13.3.1.  I never needed to copy in this mode during the first year.  Warranty “expired” by two months.  Able to use duplex command when using air print with no problem.
