Hi,

I bought an OfficeJet Pro 9010 Serial number TH051579G6 in Asia. It was the catridge 965. I am now in Europe and I bought original cartridges 963XL. When i insert them in the printer, I get an error message that the cartridges are not compatible. Can you please help me with a way to by pass this message and get cartridges to be accepted. Thank you
