Hi,

I am using HP deskjet 2332 in my desktop computer that runs windows 10. HP smart app was scanning successfully 1 week before but not now.  

I am having problem with scanning. HP Smart app has been installed successfully and it shows ready as below

HP Smart can print but when click the scan button it provides the following error

though the Diagnose & Fix option in HP Smart app shows no issues were found as below

 Please help me how to fix the problem and  scan documents
