Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (33D87AV)
While I was on my notebook, it suddenly turned off.
There was no way to turn it back on, and the light near the adapter socket was off even though the adapter was plugged in.
This was the first time I had experienced this problem.
After a Web search, I found an article that suggested several methods to solve the problem.
I solved it after a hard reset.
I wonder why it happened and will happen again?
