HP Recommended

I have just installed a new black cartridge (305 XL) into my HP LaserJet 2700e and it is now printing blank pages.

 

I attach the test sheet which  shows that the colour cartridge is in good working order but every time I press print, I receive blank pages.

 

If there is anyone  who knows how to resolve this matter, I would be most grateful.
