Hello community, 

 

Sadly my scanner won't scan anymore, neither throught the app nor the program on my desktop. It only shows an error message claiming there is a problem, asking me to restart my device (which does not help). Has anyone experienced something similar? Are there any ways to remedy this? I still have about 4 months of warranty.
