Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The touchpad does not respond at all.

 

All the following has been done.

1. Bios updated

2 Firmware updated

3. aver reboot, I updated the keyboard drivers and the Touchpad drivers

4. Windows 11 Update through the Microsoft update on Windows.

5. I replaced the touchpad with a new one but again nothing works. So could this be a simple setting in the bios that is setup correctly that is causing the problem, or is it a motherboard connection problem?
