Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

I cannot wireless print from desktop or phone. My HP Envy 6400 printer has an error saying it is not connected to the Internet. The printer is connected to my wifi network and I am able to connect wirelessly to my printer from the HP App and direct to its IP Address from my desktop (accessing the Embedded Web Server Portal). This printer was working fine in the past but about a month ago it lost internet access and has not worked since. Most other customer problems stem from printer not accessing the WiFi router,  but in my case the internal connection is fine,  but the printer cannot access the internet (and I can’t seem to find anyone having solved this). I checked my internet router and there are no Firewall filters in place blocking internet traffic from the HP Printer. Has anyone had this issue and found the resolution?
