HP Recommended

My product name is HP 250g6 notebook pc. I was dealing with bettery problem from several days. Last night when I turned my laptop on, it showed my an error message that no operating system found, install an operating system.

Can it be related with bettery problem? Can it be fixed by changing bettery? Or how can I fix this?
