Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. Three days ago, I changed my Wi-Fi network password, and since then, the printer has been disconnected from the wireless network, and I haven't been able to reconnect it. I've tried several solutions:
- Followed tutorials.
- Read through user forums.
- Checked HP's official support page.
While I can connect the printer to my PC via USB without any problems, I can't connect it to my Wi-Fi network. Attached is a screenshot of the error that appears when I try to set up the wireless connection. The message indicates that "the wireless radio on the HP device is not functioning."
Device details:
- Model: HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 series PCL-3
- Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]
- Wi-Fi network name (SSID): CLARO_uGXW76
- MAC address: [Personal Information Removed]
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I've tried all the options I know, but without success.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
