Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I installed the K black ink cartridge that did not seat properly. Now, the glass won't open so I can remove and replace the cartridge.

 

I have even unplugged the printer to no avail. Can anyone tell me how to unlock the glass to get to the cartridges?
