Dear HP Support,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4103fdn that I had replaced due to a faulty ADF. After the replacement, I am now facing serious issues with the networking interface and scanning functionality.
The networking interface is experiencing high latency, causing significant delays, and the scanning function is consistently disconnecting from our computers. I had to spend considerable time diagnosing the entire network, only to confirm that the problem lies with the printer.
I have used HP printers for years and never encountered these types of issues, but this particular model seems to be either faulty or riddled with buggy software. This is unacceptable, especially when I am trying to offer reliable solutions to clients. I should not have to be troubleshooting a printer to this extent when HP devices are supposed to be dependable.
I expect immediate assistance and resolution to this issue. If this cannot be fixed promptly, I will need to reconsider recommending HP products to my clients.
