I have same problem. HP can't fix your app within few years!
It worked for me earlier but it is not working now. I don't know why?
In device manager i see that my printer is in REST form sometimes.
I can print but not using your APP. I can't scan because your APP is not working.
HP Print Doctor see my printer normally.
But clicking on HP Smart either i have blank screen or it gives me information to connect the printer. It doesn't see it. Even though it is in the device manager.
Why this is not working so many years for so many people? Maybe windows update (windows 10) broke something, or the AMD chipset driver updates I did (B450)?
