Scan to email setup flaw: "The size of the file is too large. Reduce file size or free up hard disk"

 

This is definitely a bug / flaw ! We need to take into account that prior to state it we should check with the destination recipient account: for e.g. if there is enough space to receive or accept attachments, etc.

While the problem is that with the exact same parameters SMTP works with the "HP SCAN" software, while It does not with the "SCAN TO EMAIL SETUP" embedded function.

I ask HP to address the issue...
