Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I just started getting this error "Printhead: Missing, Failed or Incompatible 0xc19a0023" on my printer and I can no longer print anything.  I tried the virtual agent and tried a number of steps for resetting the printer, removing the cartridges, cleaning the contacts and more but nothing is working and this error message doesn't go away.
