Product: HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-er1000 (4R5X1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The Left hinge of my HP Pavillion x360 has broken along with the left corner of the back screen part of the laptop which is also open and exposed, this has also cause a part of the lower left side of the screen to crack. I am unable to open and close the laptop due to this. The laptop hasn't been dropped nor fell in anyway, neither has it been stepped on or damaged. I hope their this a way I could get help for this.
