Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Around 2 years after purchase both Shift keys started cracking. The keyboard keys do feel very cheap and not durable. I replaced them as best I could but now those have cracked as well. Has anyone had this problem with HP Spectre? I have another HP laptop for work (HP Envy) and keyboard keys feel much more sturdy and have never cracked. I've never had any other laptop with this problem.  The laptop is high-end so curious why the keyboard seems so plastic and cheap.
