HP Recommended

I have a brand new HP Envy 6065e printer that only prints in black and white. All cartridges are brand new and diagnostics indicate no issues. Print Quality Diagnostic page prints in color but printing documents, emails, etc. that should be in color are only printing black and white.

 

MacBook Air , 2020

MacOS 15.1.1 (24B91) - the Sequoia one!

I *think* I upgraded to Sequoia since installing the printer.

 

I can't find any settings to change from B&W to color. Please help!
