I purchased an HP 9125e in October and it has been trouble ever since. I keep reading of all these problems others owners have with this model and all I ever read as a solution is basically reboot the printer. Can anyone tell us how to prevent the problem from reoccurring??? My main issue right now is that my printer will not power off. Under Settings/Energy, Sleep is set to 15 minutes, Auto Shutdown is off, and Schedule printer On/Off is not set. I have a Windows 11 PC.
This printer is SO disappointing since I have had at least other 2 HP printers and they have been amazing...no problems whatsoever!!!!!
