Hello, I have an Officejet Pro 8610 which has worked wonderfully for years now. Today I installed a brand new 951XL Z10 Cyan cartridge (CN046AN) with a Warranty ending 2026/01. It is not working and I get an error message that states "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn Printer off, then on. if problem persists, contact HP"

 

If I put the old cartridge in it reads it, then states its empty, but no error message so I believe it is a problem with the new cartridge?

 

I've followed the various troubleshooting guides to no avail.

 

How does one get a warranty cartridge replacement?
