Phone tech support is not helpful at this point.

I'm on my THIRD printer in three months:  Bought 1 new from Amazon which had hardware problems; had it replaced (with a refurbished one) which had the firmware locked;  had it replaced with a new one which still continues to have problems.

All drivers and firmware are updated.

I'm working on Windows 10.  Printer is connected via USB and plugged into the wall.

(1) At the end of every print job, it says it's out of paper.  I have to push the button on the top of the printer between every print job.

(2) I can't get the default off "duplo" printing.  I'd like the default set at one-sided printing.

(3) On  one project I'm doing, I'm single-sided printing and then using that same sheet of paper to print on the other side.  (Has to do with how the file data is set up).  I need to print 20 copies of each manually-double-sided page, but after 2-3 pages, I get this error message:  PCL XL error.  Subsystem:  IMAGE  Error: ExtraData Operate:ReadImage Position: 252 or 263 or 535.  (Note I can print this job fine on my other printer).

I tried using the phone tech support, but they won't help me because I'm unable to give them access to my computer (I have very sensitive data which I cannot allow others' access to).  Had a very, VERY bad experience with the techs on the phone.

Can anyone here help me, please?

Thank you so much.
