Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am getting a Carriage Jam on a brand new printer 9215e out of box never use it no paper in it at all. I cannot configure nothing because I cannot get pass this carriage jam.

 

What do I do now help me please !!
