Hello,

I am facing an issue with my HP Victus laptop battery. The battery percentage often gets stuck at a certain level for a long time (for example, stays at 60%) and then suddenly the laptop powers off unexpectedly. After that, the battery charges very quickly from about 10% to 100% within a short time.

Additionally, I noticed that the full charge capacity recently dropped from around 45 Whr to 20 Whr, which seems unusual.

Could you please advise what further steps I can take to diagnose and fix this problem? Is this a software or firmware issue that can be resolved, or should I consider replacing the battery?
