I went to HP support for help losing connection with my printer, I was turned over to a tech who I let into my computer. His name wastecha075@**bleep**.com which no longer exists. He showed me that numerous people were on my network and sold me a Cisco firewall program. When I try to get to my router the program EXOS opens and asks for a login and password which I do not have. I was billed $499.99 on my credit card through Safesys Innovations LLC. When I contacted Safesys online they had another tech call and he could not open the program either and he was able to give me my customer ID#. He then tried to sell me IP masking from $799- $2199 depending on device # and length of time. I refused and started researching BBB for scams near Dallas and found someone else with similar problem. Someone within HP support is helping these scammers.
