Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had this printer for several years - has worked very well.  It has gone offline occasionally, but was easily restored.  However, recently the printer went offline and I cannot restore it.  I have followed the suggestions on HP Smart to restore, but nothing has worked.  Power cycled the printer, computer and router.  Checked that the network is the same on both printer and computer, the printer is connected to the network (solid blue indicator light)..nothing seems to resolve the issue.  Can anyone offer a recommendation?
