Good day, is there someone who had encounter an issue with the screen of the Voyager free 60+

The case when plugged in a outlet the screen starts blinking. 

The charge icon (lightning) on the screen also blinks. when disconnected to the power the battery turns to zero but when plugged in it indicates 46% battery then with in a minute it shoots up to 100%.

 

I also tried connecting it to Poly Lens but the charge case does not appear on the Poly Lens, only its earbuds and the BT700. 

I also tried to restore the earbuds but nothing happens.

 

Any Troubleshooting guides? can we hard reset the case?

Hi Steffen, I have seen this post and have tried the necessary troubleshooting. I can only reset via mobile since the Charging case is not detected by the Poly Lens, I have raised my Concern to POLY chat support since the battery is also having an issue when connected to poly lens it indicated 0%, after a few seconds it went to 42% then shoots up to 100 in less than a minute.
