HP Recommended

Defective ProBook software Issue.  HP never responded to my requests for Help.  My extended warranties were also ignored.  Now they want $50 plus monthly charges.  Appears to be a a classic bait-and-switch and violation of Warranty for Merchantability.  I guess that I have to go to the BBB.
