I have exactly the same issue with this device and have had it since I bought it about 4 Months ago.
Mine came with Bios F.23 and I upgraded to F25 - no difference.
Also I'm running Linux, now at Kernel 5.18 (starting with 5.16 when I got it) - all the same.
This is pretty annoying!

I'm in contact with HP - Germany.
After my unsuccessful mainboard replacement, where the complaint processing only reset the device to factory settings, a replacement of the device was now running via the complaint management.
So I got a new HP 255 G8 with Win 11 Home (59T13EA#ABD).
My old HP 255 G8 with Win 10 (Ugrade to Win 11) had only BIOS F.25 the new one delivered with F.27.
...but it's not the solution.
I transfered my installation 1:1 with an image to the new Notebook and there's no crash after wakeup from standby.
But Windows 11 on the new 255 G8 ask me to activate "core isolation" on the security center.
Do not activate this actually! It bring back the crash a lot of minutes after standby!
To figure out the solution for HP 255 G8 my device go back to a HP - technican.
I hope we get an fix asap.
Summary:
Notebooks with older BIOS version - disable virtualisation
Notebooks with newer BIOS version - check core isolation in the Windows security center and disable

I think our issue may be related to AMD and/or Realtek Audio devices. I started experimenting with disabling different combinations of the AMD and Realtek audio devices as well as the High Definition Audio Bus and Controller earlier this month. I actually had sleep sort of working but looking at my notes, the High Definition Audio Bus and/or Controller prevented the system from going into some of the deeper sleep states. I haven't had a chance to continue to troubleshoot this but if anyone else wants to spend some time and give it a try, I'd be curious if anyone else can reproduce similar results.
I'm sure they've been mentioned previously in the thread but here are a few useful reports to help observe sleep status, which can be run at the command line:
powercfg /SYSTEMSLEEPDIAGNOSTICS && powercfg /SLEEPSTUDY && powercfg /ENERGY
I also look at the output of these during testing, which can also be run at the command line (Admin/Elevated command prompt):
powercfg /LASTWAKE && powercfg /WAKETIMERS && powercfg /REQUESTS

Same issue and the only "solution" is to remove Docker Desktop.
I also have a noise/scratch in headphones if connected while and after sound/video plays.
BIOS Insyde F.26, 20/10/2021 (factory bios)
Windows 11 Home 21H2 (latest update)
Docker Desktop 4.10.0
